Lindeq provides trainings within all areas of pharmacovigilance

Lindeq offers tailor-made internal training programs within all aspects of pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Training can cover dedicated pharmacovigilance staff as well as non-clinical staff (sales representatives, switchboard operators etc) ensuring that all your company staff which may initially be the first to learn of any safety related matter is trained in how to handle such information internally, i.e. within your company. By documented training of all relevant staff (and also working accordingly) you are much less at risk of agency inspections (be they routine or ‘for cause’) yielding critical findings. Within EU/EEA critical inspection findings observed by one national agency are communicated to all heads of national Competent Authorities within EU/EEA. Lately, similar communication between EU’s EMEA and the US FDA has been strengthened including exchange of such information. Thus, keeping critical inspection findings as a national ‘secret’ is simply not an option today.
